ServicePreventative maintenance is an intrinsic part of a succesful rental and sales company - Mar-13-2007 The Wigwam philosophy sees aftercare as a vital part of the sale itself, so a reliable and efficent maintenance service is available to our customers. Our in-house service facilities deal with products both within and outside the warranty period with qualified engineers conducting repairs to the manufacturers' standards.
The service facilities includes test equipment to enable certification of equipment to conform to the ‘Portable Appliance Testing’ electrical safety regulations. We believe that ongoing preventative maintenance is an intrinsic part of the running of a successful rental and sales company. Wigwam has two service departments; one at the Hire Department to service and maintain its rental inventory and the other at the Sales Department, providing a fast and efficient service to the sales and installation departments. For installation customers we offer a service contract scheme to give customers complete peace of mind that in the event of a failure Wigwam technicians can be called out to rectify any faults.
